Eliza | Niagara Child Photographer

Hey y’all.
Warning! Proud (and 100% biased) Auntie moment coming up!
Isn’t my niece beautiful?!

I’m not going to lie, it’s been a rough year so far and I think everyone is feeling the same way! It’s been hard not being able to see my family and friends, but it’s also been torture not being able to do what I love. I photographed my niece last weekend (for what should have been my Spring Mini Sessions) and it felt INCREDIBLE to have my camera in my hand again. I can’t wait until all of this is over and I can get behind the camera again full time and capture all of your beautiful faces!
Stop growing up so fast. *Insert cry face emoji here*
The best part about my niece getting older – I can ask her to photograph me in return! Impromptu portraits = covid hair and scrunchy nose!

Alexis & Everly | Niagara Child Photographer

I always have fun photographing this girls. And not JUST because I’m their honorary Auntie. I love capturing how caring Alexis is towards her little sister. And Everly never fails to keep things interesting!  I can’t believe how much Alexis has grown. Slow down little girl! Love me some denim in black and white!  I got the biggest chuckle from Alexis, no matter how much Everly was freaking out beside her, she continued to look at the camera and smile.

The Cole’s | Niagara Family Photographer

The Cole’s first portraits as a family of FIVE! I’m a little late on all of these Spring sessions, but they are definitely worth the share. I love natural portraits! Boys will be boys, right?

Everly | Niagara Child Photographer

Everly was in the studio for her 4 month portraits as part of her Baby’s First Year package. We waited a little longer for these ones because this girl is a little cranky.. I mean, colic. I was so nervous about this session, Everly cries, all. the. time. so I was worried that we wouldn’t get any portraits of her smiling, or even just looking at the camera. BUT SHE DID AMAZING! AND I captured her laughing for the first time EVER. So cool!  I am in LOVE with these photographs. So simple.  SO MUCH HAPPINESS IN ONE PHOTOGRAPH!

EVERLY. COME ON. That squinty, scrunchy pure happiness face. SO ADORABLE.  There is just something about her face in this photograph, so much wonder.  Oh, the many faces of Ev!
When I’m culling through photographs from a session for the first time I never know what I’m going to come across in the next photo – closed eyes, funny faces – sometimes I get a good chuckle out of them. But this photograph of Everly had me snorting. She went from happy to angry in about one second.  I wish I could get this photograph at every 3 month session! Sleeping babies are the best! After a brief nap, Everly was ready for round two! These were the only photographs that Mama wanted to do.

Rob&Melissa | Niagara Wedding Photographer

These high school sweethearts are getting married! Rob & Melissa started the session a little uncomfortable in front of the camera, but it made for some super adorable candid shots. It didn’t take them long to become pros – that’s one of the main reasons I include a complimentary engagement session with every wedding package. It gives us a chance to get to know each other before the big day and for the Bride & Groom to get comfortable in front of the camera.  These two are way too sweet.
These two rocked their session!  I can’t wait to celebrate your love in September!

Danielle | Niagara Maternity Photographer

Happy Mother’s Day to all you Mama’s out there! In honour of Mother’s Day here are a couple portraits from Danielle’s Mini Session by the lake. Dave and I can’t wait to meet the newest addition to the family!

Hunter | Niagara Child Photographer

liz_czinege_niagara_hamilton_child_photographer01One year ago this handsome little man came into the world and I can’t imagine my life without him. I’m one proud Auntie! It was one of those sessions where everything worked out; the trees were perfect, Hunter was a willing model and the sun was shining. I couldn’t ask for anything better. liz_czinege_niagara_hamilton_child_photographer02 liz_czinege_niagara_hamilton_child_photographer03 liz_czinege_niagara_hamilton_child_photographer04 I can’t get enough of this stinker grin. Someone is up to no good, just like his Daddy! liz_czinege_niagara_hamilton_child_photographer05 Hunter is such a happy boy, always smiling and laughing.

Eliza’s Life Series | Niagara Child Photographer

liz_czinege_child_photographer_hamilton_niagara_01It was one of those perfectly days where everything just comes together.

Driving home from Hamilton a few weeks ago I took a back road and was inspired by all the beautiful wildflowers and the beautiful sky. I picked some flowers (thanks for the swiss army knife in my car Dad!) and raced home to pick up my niece (and throw her in a dress that I was waiting to give her.) I threw the crown together and half an hour later we were on our way! liz_czinege_child_photographer_hamilton_niagara_05 Eliza loved her special flower crown. These two silly photos are my favourite! I printed the one on the right in a 16×20 and framed it. It’s GORGEOUS – print your photographs people, there’s nothing better!liz_czinege_child_photographer_hamilton_niagara_02 liz_czinege_child_photographer_hamilton_niagara_03

After the flower portraits we headed to the beach for my second wave (ha!) of inspiration. I was hoping that it would downpour (as it had been off and on for my whole drive home) and I wanted to capture the stormy beach in these portraits. It didn’t rain and Eliza refused to standing the water and get her dress wet, but I love how these ones turned out anyways. I was hoping to get a few more variations, however Eliza fell into the water before I could continue. She was not pleased, ahhh, memories. liz_czinege_child_photographer_hamilton_niagara_04

I have photographed Eliza every Spring and Fall since she was born, I love how this life series is coming together. I just love this girl so much! She is such a little lady, way too mature of her age. So loving and smart. I could go on and on. I’m one proud Auntie. I hope one day she reads this and knows how much I love her.

Spring Mini Sessions | Niagara Child and Family Photographer

On a perfect, warm sunny spring day. Seven families came to have their portraits captured during my Spring Mini Sessions. New clients, returning clients, I adore all of these families so much. I had a lot of fun photographing everyone and I hope that  they did too!

Okay, seriously. This girl. Adorable.
Ashton is turning two soon and I’ve been here since the beginning. I get so attached to the families that come back and allow me to watch them grow. They’re part of the Liz Czinege Photography family and they hold a special place in my heart.
liz_czinege_child_photographer_hamilton_niagara_02 Addison is the sweetest little girl. She LOVED being in front of the camera, so perfect!
liz_czinege_child_photographer_hamilton_niagara_03 Ahh, Miss Alexis. Back in front of my camera again. I love this kid. Her mom started out as one of my brides and now we’re best friends. Those are my favourite kind of clients. #WhenClientsBecomeFriendsliz_czinege_child_photographer_hamilton_niagara_01 Mr. Weston was a little shy at first and wanted nothing to do with me or my camera. But after a little bit of convincing that I’m actually nice, we got some great portraits! liz_czinege_child_photographer_hamilton_niagara_05 Eira has turned one!! She is always so serious in front of my camera, but as soon as I put it away she’s as giggly as can be! I’m glad that I was able to capture some of her gorgeous smiles.
liz_czinege_child_photographer_hamilton_niagara_04 Best friends. These two melted my heart! Such a beautiful family!

liz_czinege_child_photographer_hamilton_niagara_07We finally captured some smiles on Scarlett! She is such a cutie!
