Isabella turned three recently and we celebrated with her eighth portrait session! I am so honoured that I have had the opportunity to document her growth. It’s been so fun seeing her personally change and develop through her portraits. She was SO silly for these portraits, and I love it!
This face is the cutest! See you next year Isabella!

Ava | Niagara Child Photographer
Ava is one and she celebrated with portraits and a cake smash! And by she I mean her mom and dad, because really.. Ava had no idea what was going on but she did know that she wasn’t a fan of it. I got quite a few evil eyes from her throughout the session but they were so cute I forgave her 😉
The lighting wasn’t the greatest but I couldn’t pass up a portrait in front of the beautiful sunflowers!
How adorable does Ava look in this tutu?!
heheh, baby belly buttons.
Gorgeous setup for Ava’s cake smash. I love when ideas come together! This is exactly what mom and I had in mind during our pre-consultation!
The many faces of Ava. Throughout the sessions Ava was KILLING me with her hilarious faces. Editing her portraits was definitely amusing, bottom right takes the cake though, I think she had enough cake!
Lesley | Niagara Newborn Photographer
As you all probably know, I am a sucker for a strong black and white portrait and it doesn’t get much better than these two! I love the pure emotion expressed in these images. So much love.
I love photographing maternity portraits and then meeting the new baby a few days after they’re born. Lesley is nine pounds of pure sweetness.
We’ve been talking about this portrait since our maternity consultation, while Lesley’s dad was still in the process of making this beautiful rocking horse for her. This one portrait took an hour to achieve, but it was 100% worth it!!!
They’re just the sweetest, look at them! I can’t wait to watch them grow.
McKenna | Niagara Newborn Photographer
McKenna was hands down thee best baby I have photographed to date! She slept for the entire 2 hour session, stayed in her poses and when she wasn’t sleeping she was happily laying on the blanket – wait for it – SMILING at me.
All her little bits, so mom and dad don’t forget. They grow so quickly!
On top of being a perfect baby to pose, she is also way too adorable. Like com’mon, look at her hair!
McKenna’s room is blue – and I for one LOVE it. It matched perfectly with my little bucket. Two years later I finally got to use it!
I wasn’t joking when I said McKenna was smiling at me – those are not gas grins. She legitimately is smiling, it’s amazing!
Mama and baby – plus that little grin, ahhhhh. I’m a sucker for a good black and white portrait.
Dad wasn’t photo-ready, but that just means that I have to come back when McKenna is a bit older for family portraits. (I secretly
not so secretly can’t wait to watch McKenna grow, she’s going to be one gorgeous girl!)
