Aribella is such a beautiful little girl. We wanted to come up with something unique for her portraits, and when I stumbled across these steps, I knew they would be perfect for her session. A little secret garden inspiration.
First birthday’s are one of my favourite sessions to photograph. Seeing how much LCP’s newborns have grown in a year is always so special. 
Those big brown eyes, ahhhh. Perfection.
Cake smashes are a lot of fun. I love watching the child’s face when they realize that they can eat the cake and that their parents aren’t going to say no. 
This dress was a gift from Greece, doesn’t she look like a little goddess?! I love it, suites her so well!
In just a few short weeks Ashton will be turning one, I can’t believe it has been a year since I captured her newborn portraits. I was so happy that she came back to capture her one year milestone. It’s the best feeling watching these little ones grow!
Ashton’s mom and I worked together to come up with a these and colour scheme for the portraits – based around Ashton’s homemade dress! After a 5 hour newborn session, Ashton decided to go easy on me and was all smiles for last weeks session! HOW CUTE IS SHE?! I can’t get over it!
Ordinarily I narrow the images down to twenty great portraits to show my clients. However after staring at these images for an hour I decided I couldn’t bare to get rid of anymore so the total stayed at thirty-five. I couldn’t wait to show her parents!
Ashton’s Birthday Party is a Teddy Bear Tea Party theme, so of course we had to include them in her portraits!
