4 generations of Brims, love this portrait!   liz_czinege_family_photographer_niagara_hamilton02 This is the goal, 60 years of marriage and you can still see the love in their eyes. While I was photographing the two of them they were cracking jokes about holding hands and cuddling up, my kinda people. Sometimes in order to get a family portrait you have to play ball with the kids in between shots – and for a while after the shoot is over. We often forget, or neglect, to include adult siblings and parents when planning family portraits (When was the last time you had a family portrait taken of everyone together? Or portraits of your parents just the two of them?) They are great memories to have and look back on!

With Christmas coming up consider giving your parents or siblings a gift certificate for family portraits, because – let’s be honest – you never know what to get them and there is no better investment than portraits of your family.
